WHEN ARE MY DETAILS PUBLISHED IN THE PAYMENT DEFAULT REGISTER?

When may my details be published in the payment default register?

In case if the debtor does not pay full debt or has not written reasoned objections, The data is entered into the debt history database on the 36th day after the first notice letter is sent.

When will I be erased from the payment default register?

The creditor has the right to keep disclosing information about the debt for up to 3 years after the fulfilment of the obligation.

The fastest way to clear your credit history is to pay off the debt as soon as possible.
