I received documents from court, what should I do?

If possible, pay the amount requested immediately. If you are unable to pay the entire sum at once, send an e-mail to tiesas@julianus.lv.

If no payment is made following a court judgment, the enforcement instrument will be assigned to a bailiff for execution.

I received a claim from a bailiff, what should I do?

You may pay the entire amount claimed to the bailiff. If you make the payment to Julianus Inkasso, the additional bailiff’s fee must still be paid to the bailiff!

Upon expiry of the term for voluntary compliance, the bailiff may take compulsory enforcement measures, e.g., seize your bank account or wages.

There have been cases where identity thieves have sent fake emails or text messages using the name Julianus. You can always find the genuine information about your debts in the Julianus self-service portal: https://self.julianus.lv/debts
The message is authentic if:
· The email is sent from an address ending with @julianus.lv
· The SMS sender name is Julianus
· The message includes a phone number and a payment link
· The self-service link starts with https://self.julianus.lv/
If you have any doubts, do not open links and do not share your data – please contact us.
